We are searching for an incredibly talented project manager for landscape construction projects who excels at managing field teams, providing the highest quality and customer service, and utilizing best practices.
Operations: Manage high-end landscape construction projects to consistently deliver highly successful and profitable projects.
✓ Ensure all projects are completed according to contract and plans, safely, within budget, in time, profitably, according to high standards and to the highest customer’s satisfaction.
✓ Deliver finished projects that meet or exceed client expectations on beauty, functionality, quality and timeline.
✓ Create and implement best practices effectively using technology, labor, and equipment with KPI’s.
✓ Optimize projects and personnel to maximize revenue and profitability as well as increase efficiencies, processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.
✓ Ensure highest customer satisfaction and customer retention with quality control, site visits, communication that improves relationships and prompt responses to all client communications resolving complaints in a professional manner.
✓ Understand the market, customers, industry, and competitors with early identification and plans of action for customer needs, trends, new competitor product/service offerings and challenges.
✓ Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on a regular basis.
✓ Ensure organized, clean, safe, and efficient work environments that include clean and organized projects.
✓ Demonstrate proficient knowledge and applied practical expertise of landscape construction with ability to roll up sleeves to work and train project personnel.
✓ Prompt investigation and resolution of all complaints and emergencies.
Financial: Oversee all financial aspects of every project including P&L, budgets, cost controls, change orders, goals, revenue, equipment, material, and labor.
✓ Optimize and analyze project reports, schedules, performance and implement corrective actions to increase revenue and profitability.
✓ Manage additional work and change orders.
Leadership: Hire, train, develop, motivate and mentor to form high performing, high morale, result-oriented project and field personnel focused on optimized projects, safety, productivity, profitability, high quality, and customer satisfaction.

Experience
✓ A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience as a Project Manager – Landscape Construction for high value properties with proven results and best practices for overall landscape construction project performance, profitability, and quality.
✓ A four-year degree in Landscape Construction or related field preferred.
✓ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding established business goals, creating, and executing plans, implementing key performance metrics, problem solving, decision making and strong financial and business acumen.
✓ A proven track record of managing landscape projects completed on time, within budget, safely, profitably and to the satisfaction of the client.
