Regional Vice President – Facility Services

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic and Operational Leadership:

• Develop and execute regional strategic and tactical plans focused on operational efficiency, profitable growth, financial excellence, and meaningful customer relationships.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, positioning the organization as an indispensable partner to clients.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee regional operations to ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards, delivering exceptional service that consistently achieves customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, enhancing overall operational performance and client retention.

Business Development:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by crafting innovative service offerings and value-driven proposals tailored to client needs.
• Drive demand generation by showcasing the company’s expertise, quality of service, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Financial Stewardship:

• Manage regional financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profit-and-loss management, leveraging advanced financial software and tools.
• Provide strategic financial insights and ensure accuracy and profitability in project estimates and pricing strategies.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Actively collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic projects and organizational initiatives, contributing expertise to drive overall company success.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience successfully managing and scaling operations in facility services, interior services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of strategic growth, operational efficiency, customer retention, and financial success.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen, proficiency in relevant financial and operational management software, and experience creating successful proposals and bids.
