Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier passive talent for executive-level positions, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and technologies, including AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Identification:

    • Develop and execute AI-enhanced strategies to source candidates, leveraging data analytics and machine learning for more accurate talent matching.

    • Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches and data mining.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Partner with recruitment teams and clients to align sourcing strategies with specific hiring needs, using predictive analytics for workforce planning.

    • Provide insights and trends analysis enhanced by AI technologies.

    • Craft personalized outreach campaigns, integrating AI-driven insights to optimize communication and engagement strategies.

  • Technology & Tools Utilization:

    • Utilize CRM systems, AI-driven sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing metrics.

    • Stay updated with the latest AI innovations and best practices to continuously improve sourcing efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sourcing, particularly within Senior recruiting. Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates, with experience in utilizing AI tools.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in advanced search techniques, AI and machine learning applications, CRM systems, and recruitment technologies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience engaging senior-level talent.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage AI analytics to inform sourcing decisions and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
