General Manager – Integrated Services
The General Manager of Integrated Services will strategically oversee and manage comprehensive operational services, ensuring optimal integration, efficiency, and effectiveness across multiple service lines. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans, integrating multiple service departments for streamlined delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Establish performance metrics to drive quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across integrated service teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop management personnel to strengthen operational capabilities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients and stakeholders, consistently managing and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven senior leadership experience in operational management, preferably within integrated services (e.g., facilities management, environmental services or other related service-based industries).
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional strategic planning, execution, and operational management skills.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and quality assurance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
